Who owns the VPS?
We provision the VPS on Hetzner or OVH using our accounts, but it's dedicated exclusively to you. You have full control over the bot and data. We handle infrastructure management, security updates, and monitoring.
How are payments handled?
All payments are processed securely through Dodo Payments, our payment provider. We support major credit cards and handle recurring billing automatically. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! Cancel anytime with no penalties. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. See our Refund Policy for details.
What happens to my data?
All your data stays on your dedicated VPS. We don't access, store, or analyze your prompts or responses. When you cancel, we provide a grace period to export your data before the instance is terminated.
Do I need my own Hetzner/OVH account?
No! We handle everything. You don't need accounts with Hetzner or OVH. We provision servers on your behalf using our infrastructure partnerships, and you simply pay us the monthly subscription fee.
Do you support GPU instances or custom models?
Currently, Moltis runs on CPU-optimized instances. GPU support and custom model deployment are on our roadmap for Q3 2026. Enterprise customers can contact us for early access to custom configurations.
What kind of support do you provide?
All plans include email support. Pro and Enterprise plans get priority support with faster response times. We help with deployment issues, configuration, and troubleshooting. Your bot's application logic is your responsibility.
